"Pros: Wonderful little b&b tucked away in the outskirts of Svendborg. The husband and wife proprietors were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great tips for dinner. Breakfast (extra) was delicious with a fantastic spread of local farm goods, and one of the most delicious eggs I’ve ever tasted.
Cons: The room was a bit spartan (a little cottage with an outdoor bath/bathroom). Unfortunately, I turned out to be quite allergic to the local pollen and woke up in the night with an asthma attack. Breakfast was pay by cash only, so remember to bring some Danish crowns (the proprietor was friendly enough to let me mail her the funds)." ~Timothy
"Pros: The house is very spacious.
The bedrooms were very cosy and there is a great living room upstairs which was only recently finished so it did not show in the pictures. The shared garden is huge and very beautiful. If you plan to visit Egeskov castle, this is a perfect location (only 10 minutes drive).
Cons: Even though the kitchen is large with lots of cupboards, we still lacked many things. For example, there aren't many glasses or bowls to eat from, and there was no knife to cut bread with (which I would not expect from a Danish house).
Also note that the bedrooms are at the front of the house, near the road and the shades don't make the rooms very dark. The road is fairly quiet, so this was not a big issue." ~Wout
