"Pros: This is a beautiful house, very well cared for. The grounds and gardens are beautiful and well maintained. There are a lot of song birds in the area and it is a very quiet place to stay. The breakfast was divine with yogurt topped with nuts and some granola. Bread was freshly baked, meats and cheese laid out beautifully, coffee, and an egg. The breakfast room is very attractive. And the host carried our large suitcase up and down the stairs to the second floor where the rooms are located.
Cons: I’m not fond of not having an en suite bathroom so had to go down to the first floor to use the facilities and it is shared with the other guests, having said that it is a beautiful bathroom and we didn’t have to wait to use it during our two night stay. Ut’s a beautiful and historic house." ~Wayne
"Pros: A very nice apartment with a very well equipped and large kitchen, two separate comfortable bedrooms and direct access to the spacious garden. We enjoyed the stay very much after a visit to the nearby Egeskov castle. (The entrance fee to see the castle, for two adults and two teenagers above 12 years, is however, a hefty 145 Euros)." ~Stella
