"Pros: Honestly the only thing I did like about my 4 hour experience, out of the 5 days I paid for there was the sea side view from the widow. Everything else just wasn't great whatsoever... Cons: Everything. For a "Nice Home, " this home was certainly anything but that... Me and my fiance, now wife decided to get married within the time of stay till the 5th-9th, however our time together was ruined with what this "nice home" had in store for us. The place was an absolute dirty mess, it was not made for us, unless leaving it dirty, infested with cobwebs, dead creatures and spiders, stains on blankets and bacteria stained patches within the home was apart of that. Random dirty bed linen was also shoved in the bedroom, unbeknownst who it belongs to it shows the Novasol team or owner, did not clean the apartment as well as the boxes they left in our way that we had to move ourselves. The WiFi as advertised did not even work until we complained, but even with the help of their service man they sent out, he tried to tell us it was working and I had to show him and make him understand it wasn't, I could fixed it without him to be honest.. even after the fact, it still would cut out and leave us with problems within our 4 hour stay of the 5 days we bought it for.. The property felt unsafe towards us, the door did not lock theproperly, anyone from the outside or inside could get in with the tiniest bit of force. Our bathroom had no curtain window, which wasn't shown in the in the pictures. Being a foreigner in an unknown country can already be unsettling, next in this dark and creepy area, there was no curtain to block out any potential strange people from seeing us shower or use the bathroom if we did. The customer service from Novasol was also horrible. My first impression initially was that this would be a booking.com purchase, however it was run by novasol that later we learned wanted us to pay and clean an already dirty establishment, run lots of errands for the owner, which did not inform or tell us before hand." ~Ryan
