"Pros: Really nice apartment almost directly on Sondervig beach. Everything you need is available. Very clean. Supermarket and restaurants in walking distance.
Cons: The rental company "Novasol" is really awful and we would not book the apartment again for exactly this reason. When booking the apartment, it was not specified that you have to pay an additional cleaning fee (after departure) of €188. If you stay only a few days, this is a bummer. If you do not pay the fee, you have to clean the apartment yourself (including all windows, disinfect whirlpool separately, etc.). In addition, when we picked up the keys, the office was closed (although we arrived at the time indicated in the confirmation) and we did not know where the key was. On the hotline you can't reach real people but only tape announcements - no matter what you do. As a result, we opened all the doors near the office, hoping to find the key. We found the key box by chance (in the neighboring house). Never again Novasol. Even booking.com could not help with all the problems. Too bad. In addition, there is no parking at the apartment but you have to park the car 5min walk away. A bit impractical if you have more to carry."

"Pros: Accommodation was in good location, had good kitchen and bathroom with sauna too
Cons: Instructions for the check in were really unclear couldn’t find the key for the place, bad communication as host with people who check in without any staff, also you should pay more for the water end electricity you use after that with pretty hefty price for what we used."

"Pros: It is a cosy home very close to the beach. The fireplace is great and the bedrooms are comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity of the high street, the supermarket and the brand new swimming pool and indoor playground. And as a plus there are E-Charger (also fast charger) in 5 min walking distance (close to the supermarket)
Cons: The home is overall pretty dated. The shower and the kitchen appliances needs to be remodeled, the living room could use some more paint. To be clear, is was all tidy and clean, but you can see that it has been used a lot. Currently there is construction work right across the house."
