"Pros: The design of the hotel is beautiful, with the hotel itself, the rooms, and the common areas all styled with great style and skill. It was a true pleasure to stay in such a tasteful environment. The breakfast is carefully curated, with a lovely touch being the little list you can fill out to indicate what you'd like to eat, helping to reduce food waste. Very well done. One of the evenings, we also dined there, with a menu where everyone sat together at long tables, making it easy to strike up conversations with others. The overall experience was truly delightful! Cons: I had reserved the dinner through the chat on Booking.com, but for some reason, it didn’t come through correctly, and we weren’t on the list. Fortunately, we were still able to join, but the tone in which this was communicated didn’t come across as apologetic. Instead, it gave the impression that it was our fault. Still, we were glad it worked out in the end, and this was just a small hiccup in an otherwise wonderful experience." ~Estelle
