"Pros: Our stay ended up being wonderful, but the beginning was a bit confusing. On the first day, we were checked into the wrong room — a triple instead of the two-bedroom unit for five that we had booked and prepaid. This caused some initial frustration: the keys didn’t work, there were no pillows or towels, and we had to ask for many basic things at reception. Eventually, we discovered it wasn’t even our room, but the receptionist told us we could only move the next day.
We reached out to the administration, and they responded quickly. In the morning, we were moved to the correct room, received a partial refund, and were treated to a lovely breakfast — the situation was handled very well.
The room itself was beautiful: clean, modern, spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was truly on a high level. It would have been perfect if it had gone smoothly from the start, but things happen — and we appreciate how it was resolved. Future guests may want to double-check their room on arrival, just in case."
