"Pros: Nice and calm place for family holiday. Cons: There was no info on booking.com that there is no bed linen and towels in the apratment. We called to Novasol to help us on Friday, operator told us to travel 15km to reception where we should have recieved it. Unfortunately nobody was there, Novasol was unable to solve it. They were willing to resolve this issue on Monday afternoon which was really not acceptable. We travelled more than 1100 km with two small children, wanted to relax, not to travel two more hours to Århus on Sunday to buy bed linen and towels for our own! Second surprise was that Booking.com announced a washich machine. This was a key parameter when I was filtering this accommodation. When I packed clothings for my family, I counted with this. What a surprise there! Cleaning could be also better." ~Lucie
