"Pros: Lovely beach location and interesting historic main building. A reasonable but interesting walk to Helsingør via the harbour and University Aquarium which is worth a visit, before the must-see Kronborg castle. There is a train station (request stop) very close by with frequent trains into Helsingor. Good en-suite units separate from the main building. Can be noisy mid week with school groups. Very good kitchen and dining area with everything you need to cook provided.
Cons: Slight problem in kitchen area with light sensor on too short timing. Lights would go off when preparing food, or while eating. We told staff about this; they were quick to respond."
Nice Apartment In Helsingr With 2 Bedrooms And Wifi

"Pros: Nice area and nice apartment, the cleaning of it was far from expected!!!
Cons: In spite having called NOVASOL twice before my arrival to make sure the necessary bed linings and towels were in the apartment as I had a late flight, BUT IS WAS NOT THERE. At around 10 pm I called their help line in Germany ending up speaking to a gentleman in Spain, who was very sorry not to be able to help. He confirmed that he could see my linen order in the system and would arrange for it in the morning. After one night without bed linen and not able to take a shower, I waited for someone to bring it, but nothing happened. In the end of the morning I called their helpdesk in Germany again to find out at what time they would bring it, but to my surprise the lady told me I had to collect it myself and gave me an address in Gilleleje in the middle of the countryside around 25 km from the apartment AND she insisted that ALL clients were picking up their linen from this place🥲🤣🥲🤣🥲just can’t be possible. Since it was Sunday the Danish NOVASOL office was closed so having a car I went there. Nothing referring to the name NOVASOL except 2 parked vans outside. A lot if all kinds of storage houses in the area, but no NOVASOL name anywhere, asking around seeing a few people, nobody knew NOVASOL, but finally a lyde in one of the storage houses said she had seen a small box outside in the grass with the name NOVASOL on it. When I opened it there was all kinds of thing, and in the bottom I found some bed lining plastic bags, I felt like having won a treasury hunting game🎇😅"
