"Pros: As it was in December it was very quiet. TV and internet worked. Cons: As we travelled in December for work related visit. Denmark has a short day during December. We arrived in in the evening and we were not able to check everything due to the limited (light strength) light. We found out that the cleaning had not been done correctly. Despite the pile of cleaning checks by Dancenter. The questionnaire for feedback needs to be filled out within 24 hours of arrival. Within the first 2 days we found old cobwebs, dishes which had been put away while dirty (dishwasher is in the house so why not clean), glasses that were unclear due to lack of salt in dishwasher, mold in the kitchen closet, remaining garbage from whomever stayed there before, dog poop bag with contents on table outside, sheet on bed had bloodstains (there is a washing machine and dryer in the house, so why not clean), dust bunnies under the bed, floor was sticky. Chairs at the dining table mismatched and were stained. There was also a broken window which had been noted by Dancenter. The fan/exhaust from the sauna was taped closed. On the chimney of the wood stove was remains of candles or some other substance. We were in touch with Dancenter during the week and they were very apologetic and wanted to help but we reported too late so no help was given. It looks like the fee for the cleaning check or cleaning done by done is just an extra way of making money. We asked for the bill for the electricity and water which we did not receive before February. That was more than 50 days after we left the place. We did discover that we were not the only ones having problems with this house. In the guestbook there was a very clear complaint about the status of this place. We also checked it online and we also found complaints there with photos of the same glasses that we found. So what cleaning? We will never use the services of Dancenter/Danland/Belvilla again." ~Richard

"Pros: Just got back from an amazing stay at this holiday house! 🏡 The location was perfect, so close to a gorgeous beach 🏖️ and surrounded by lush greenery. It had everything we needed, including a BBQ and playground for the kids. Spent the days grilling, and just relaxing. Definitely recommend this spot for a peaceful getaway! Cons: The nonstick Teflon cooking utensils are damaged and need to be replaced. The bathroom is a little outdated and might require renovation." ~Mat
