"Pros: Plenty of room. Well stocked with kitchen items ie crockery, cooking pots and pans, glasses etc Cons: Only downside was ordered linen packages for our stay. Thought they would be placed in the summer house. We arrived at 8 pm after flying about 20 hours from Australia and then driving 4 hours from Copenhagen. Contact numbers did not work outside of office numbers. Checked all emails to see if any specific instructions re the linen. Had to sleep without linens or taking a shower. In the morning went to the office. They told me the bag of linen was sitting under the lock box where I accessed the summerhouse key and an envelope with some instructions about the water and electrical meters. They pointed out that on the envelope it stated I had ordered linen and also on the the instruction sheet. However I totally missed this (probably from sheer exhaustion). It would help in the future if this was highlighted in yellow and included in email correspondents. Or place the linen in the summer house. I told Danish family and friends what happened and they were surprised that the linen was not placed in the summer house. I have rented places in different parts of the world where I have also ordered linen. At all of them the linen was in the room. This was the first time it had to picked up from the rental office." ~Hanne
