Dom jest odnowiony i w pełni zgodny z prezentowanymi zdjęciami. Położony tuz nad morze, przy lokalnej "ślepej" drodze. Przejeżdżają nią tylko mieszkańcy, rybacy i rowerzyści. Zapewnia świetne widoki i zachody słońca.
