"Pros: Not applicable Cons: Dancentre customer service. The local Dancentre was uncontactable by phone. We tried constantly over a period of two hours. Just when you thought you would get through, the telephone went dead. The German Dancentre office referred as to the Dancentre 24/7 emergency number. No one answered, what ever menu number you pressed . You just kept going in a circle. We eventually had to make a 60 minute round trip to get any help from the local Dancentre Office. Who listened but didn’t fix the bathroom sink to the next day and didn’t fix the TV. Attitude, there is nothing we can do. Write to Dancentre complaints and tell them but we can do nothing." ~Jan
