"Pros: The property was very tidy and clean, all the facilities worked well. The service manager was very helpful, and even on Christmas eve he stopped by within an hour when we called with a query. All in all we had a great experience, and would recommend this property for groups of family's. Cons: Only downside is that some basic things weren't provided, such as bedsheets which had to be ordered separately and even small things such as washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets. It didn't take away much from the experience but we certainly would have appreciated having those items available." ~Maikol
