"Cons: I had an extremely disappointing experience with Novasol. They refused to allow the guests to stay at the property, no one was living there for an entire month. They are unwilling to refund our money almost 6k euro!! Our company feels completely cheated, as the company acted like thieves. They were unresponsive and uncooperative throughout the entire process, showing no regard for their customers or any basic principles of fairness. The booking was made by booking.com and the full amount was paid by this website and then Novasol send separate messages about their company rules and refused to accommodate the guest because they are not in line with their principles. But before payment there was no information about their this kind of rules. In that case they should refund the full amount paid. Not only did they deny us the ability to use the property, but they also failed to provide any kind of reasonable explanation or solution. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that shows such a lack of professionalism and integrity. We paid for something we couldn't use, and now they refuse to reimburse us, which feels like pure fraud. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Novasol. Their customer service is non-existent, and their business practices are shady at best. This has been a truly terrible experience, and I regret trusting them with my booking." ~Silverback
