"Pros: The house has plenty of space, making it perfect for a family getaway. It is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay — a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed the large terrace — a great place заto relax and spend time together. The beach is just a 10–15 minute walk away, which was very convenient. Cons: The most disappointing part of our stay was the lack of bed linen and towels. This important information was not mentioned at the time of booking. The confirmation email stated that linen would be provided “upon agreement,” but no one contacted us to clarify anything. We reached out ourselves one day before departure — and only then were we told that no bed linen or towels were available at all. For a family of five, this meant bringing several sets of bed and bath linen, plus beach towels. As a result, we had to purchase additional luggage allowance for our flight, which led to extra expenses. What if we had found this out only after arriving? At a rental price of nearly €2000 per week, such basic essentials as bed linen and towels should either be included by default or clearly communicated well in advance. In addition, the gas grill on the terrace was greasy and dirty. I understand that guests are expected to clean it after use, but I don’t believe I should have to clean up after previous guests. Lastly, none of our messages sent via the Booking platform were answered — including our question about how to check in. We ended up figuring it out ourselves by contacting local representatives, who told us that we should have received check-in instructions from the host two days before arrival. Unfortunately, we never received anything. Additionally, at the time of booking, the price was displayed in euros. However, the final charge turned out to be higher due to currency conversion. It was quite unpleasant to expect one amount and end up paying more — especially when the displayed currency gave the impression of a fixed final price." ~Anton
