"Pros: Nice quiet location with private yard and deck. Cons: Had to rent linens separately (extra charge) which meant I had to make up the beds myself, beds are narrow (closer to American-size double bed), second bedroom is small, outdoor furniture needed to be cleaned off better, one of the kitchen cabinets had a strong fish odor, high cleaning fee for short stays, and had to pay utilities separately (this was not identified in booking.com listing and water meter was under a wood deck - deck section had to be lifted and removed (heavy) and then we had to climb down to the ground in order to read the meter). We have rented houses through booking.com in many other countries and not had to pay for utilities and linens separately, which increases the listed cost and level of effort by the renter, which is not worthwhile for short stays of a few days. The rental fee listed in booking.com should include these items so the renter knows how much they are paying up front. Also, bathroom needs updating." ~Valerie
