"Pros: location is ok, as it is within walking distance to the local shop, and there seem to be few cafes or restaurants. the house look nice with big land around the house where you can park direct in frot. Cons: I noticed you needed to pay your electricity usage after I booked the property, despite it giving you a rough guide on how much per kWh, but it didn't show what was the meter reading when I checked in. I checked in on 24th March at 16:00 and left the property on 28th March at 10:00 AM. I am the only guest who stayed in this big house as I went there for business. there was no one at the property from 7:30 to 15:30 as I was at work, I only used the electricity after I came back from work. I have been charged 69.94 units of electricity which costs me 33.57 Euro deducted from the deposit. The window does not have proper curtains in the main bedroom and main bedroom has no heating and it's cold. the property only has a a/c liked heating but doesn't make the room warm enough and it’s installed lower than the ground floor, I guess you need to increase the temperatures but then you may end up paying more for electricity. I then moved to a smaller room that somehow had a wall-mount electric heater. Another is the hot water, I didn’t get hot water on the first night the water was cold, there wasn’t any instruction to explain how the facilities in the property work, but I figured out there was an electrical hot water tank above the toilet that there is a thermal switch need to turn clockwise to boil the water, in terms of energy saving you don’t have much time to have a hot shower as hot water will run out soon. If you have more guests then you may need to set a shower timetable for everyone. There isn’t any duvet cover or pillowcase for all beds and rooms, but it's clean, but not mattress, I layed another duvet and sleep on it and also warmer. The kitchen is ok, but most of the pots are not in good condition and I wouldn’t dare to use them, but I found a pan in acceptable condition which I used to cook. During my stay, I only sat on 2 dining chairs, I have no intention to sit on the sofa in the main bedroom." ~Irving

"Zalety: Wszystko super. absolutnie niczego nie brakowało. Domek super, dziękujemy właścicielom za podzielenie się tym miejscem. Wady: Był kłopot w znalezieniu kluczy. W e-mail'u od firmy pośredniczącej (Nova Sol) była informacje z podanym PIN kodem do skrytki, ale brak było wskazania miejsca jej umieszczenia. Firma także nie odpowiadała na moje zapytania (e-mail'e) kierowane przez Booking.com." ~Piotr
