"Pros: Perfect stay for our family of 4 (kids are 9 & 11). Great separate unit on the back of the lot from owner. Easy to access and only about a 10 minute drive into "town". Great outdoor space for sitting and relaxing, especially to watch the sunset. Kids enjoyed having a yard and dipping their toes into the fjord off the pier (too cold to immerse ourselves)! Owner was extremely responsive and left us to our own demise. Recommend visiting the Esgeskov Castle, which is about 25 minutes away via car.

"Pros: Anders was very very welcoming. He supplied us information as early as when we booked and gave us guidance that we needed on what to bring and how best to arrive. We initially planned to commute and he was considerate enough to offer us linen knowing we would be bringing a small child in tow. We changed our minds and rented a car which was a very smart decision. The house is well equipped so while we had the misfortune of bad weather, we had enough board games / television and full amenities to make good meals. The city center is just a short drive away so everything is easily within reach. The views are fantastic in the bedroom and living room and the sunsets are amazing.
Cons: Nothing to complain about. Just a tip to travellers that the place would be best enjoyed during summer period. We are planning to be back to enjoy the beach when it is not below 10 degrees."

"Pros: It’s across from the water and the grounds have a nice view. The staff is very nice. Dinner was exceptional. It was a small portion, but perhaps some of the best I’ve had. It was prepared by Chef Daniel and our waitress was Louisa and she was fabulous.
Cons: The rooms mostly do not have any view and shower leaked all over the floor after a two minute shower. It is a simple motel type room with carpet squares. Old-fashioned could be updated. 3 km from town so it is hard to walk after a day of biking. The town is very beautiful –Faaborg."
