"Pros: We stayed in this house for 4 nights mid sept. It is an enormous house with a central room of nearly 100m2 with q well equipped kitchen. + 3 rooms and large bachroom (including a jacusi). There is a terrace with 2 tables and sun most of the day (when there is sun). -The house is situated in a park for summer houses. It is quite distant from the other houses around but we were nearly the only ones around and it was incredibly quiet. -It takes 5-10 min to reach the beach (small). There is there a public pier from where to swim. Water can also be reached from the beach itself. -The location is beautiful with all the tiny summer huts along the sea, the space, the view etc -The house has large bay windows, warms during the day and stays warm in the evening and nights. WE did not need to warm otherwise. -It is close to Faaborg where the boat departs to Aero! worth it! Cons: -The keys were in a box with a code. It took us a while to find that the box was in the shed. and it was very ticky to open! -The lighting in the main room is not ideal. Very dim. There are manyholders for candles of different sizes but bring your own candles! -In general: The house is managed by the Dan center and they must have a very minimalistic policy with regards to what is available such as coffee, tea, candles, shower mat, wood for the wood burner (we did not use it and there were just enough to start one fire), shower gel etc. No welcoming package. -Electricity and water needs to be paid additionally. Beware the jacusi! At the end, we rented the house for 110 euros per night but with the renting of the line, the cleaning at the end (optional) and the facilities, it cost us 180. Of course, all the extras are mentioned in the booking site, so it was only a moderate surprise... but quite different from the usual renting of properties were all is included. -Furthermore, we requested linen and go two packages (one each) with one one-person sheet, one duvet cover, one small towel and one big, and 2 cloths for the kitchen. The beds, however, were all double beds and we had issues with the botton sheets. -The double beds are narrow 140cm. -There is no wifi." ~Adriaan
