Near the charming Ebeltoft in the scenic area of Mols you will find this
well-appointed 2-storey holiday cottage that simply offers everything the heart desires of activities. The
house is located on a large plot approx. 1200 m from the water.
The house is very spacious and well dimensioned with 8 bedrooms. There
are box-mattresses throughout except in the extra beds. The house has a
total of 3 bathrooms, all with shower. Dining/living room is tastefully
furnished with a stereo set/CD player, flat screen TV, 2 high chairs,
lounge area and wood-burning stove. All lamps have LED light bulbs and
there are solar panels on the roof to help make the house energy
efficient.
The large, impressive pool area includes a 19 m² large swimming pool,
water slide, sauna and whirlpool with room for 4-6 people. After a good
and eventful day, it is nice to slip into the large whirlpool or get
warm in the sauna.
In the activity room you can take a game of darts or billiards at the
pool table. Here you can also challenge each other in airhockey, table
tennis or football games. Even stereo, PlayStation4 , Nintendo Wii and
flat screen are installed in the activity room.
On the plot there is also sandpit, slide and swings for the children and
a terrace with loungers.
Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.
