"Pros: Very well equipped kitchen Proper bathroom (not common in Scandinavian rental apartments) Located Cons: Owners/service UNREACHABLE outside office hours, even in emergency. We had trouble getting into the apartment on Sunday evening. Nobody was reachable, neither by chat nor by phone. Turned out service responds only workdays 9-17, the provided phone number led nowhere. Phoned Booking.com in UK, they couldn't reach the owners either. Luckily we found an email from the day before where an attached pdf mentioned a key locker code. No wifi for days, because the owner didn't pay the internet provider. However we were promised a modest refund of incurred roaming costs. The apartment was somewhat unexpectedly in the cellar. Sofa not comfortable to sleep on. Tumble drier wasn't working properly because it was not serviced. Rubbish in the garden" ~Erinaceus
