"Pros: Comfortable stay with good quality of food in term of buffet breakfast. Cons: Unfortunately, takeaway breakfast option is not available for early checkout. Not so near to bus terminal/ train station and attractions, but metro stations is available (about 10-15 mins walk). Housekeeping overlooked to clean up the room even we put up the sign to clean the room. Self-service luggage storage available using QR quote. Front desk staff only do checkin/ checkout, no other service could be expected from them since no takeaway breakfast, luggage storage is self-help, and when told our room was not cleaned, they just asked us to put the sign for clean up will do. Very impersonal without human touch nor extra mile to assist the customer when required." ~Kuan
