"Pros: Location was very central, hosts were amazingly responsive and sorted out every concern we had. When the microwave didn't work they replaced the machine! They helped us with questions we had about shopping and groceries and provided excellent information through their dedicated app. Cons: We would have liked a physical key! "Pros: Excellent Location and responsiveness of staff Cons: Knew about passing garbage cans hallway to apartment but we stayed 3 nights 4 days and from day 1 garbage was overflowing until the day we checked out still super full. Very smelly. Should remove garbage more often at least 2 days a week" ~Tina
