"Pros: Location was very central, hosts were amazingly responsive and sorted out every concern we had. When the microwave didn't work they replaced the machine! They helped us with questions we had about shopping and groceries and provided excellent information through their dedicated app. Cons: We would have liked a physical key! "Pros: Perfect location, everything walking distance. Felt almost ridiculously central! The appartment is comfortable and homely, with everything we needed. It was definitely very hygge and we loved having our breakfasts at the table, while enjoying the feeling of "living" in Copenhagen. Thank you! Cons: The appartment building is a little old, so you will hear your neighbours walking. We did not mind at all, but if you are a very very light sleeper, do bring some ear plugs." ~Anna
