"Pros: - The hotel was in a great area, right by the water - The hotel was safe - The room was cosy, relatively large and the beds were comfortable. The style of the room was more on the older side. - The lobby area was great and there were beautiful seats to sit outside and look at the water - The hotel let us check in early which was great - The robot in the lobby was an interesting addition to the hotel Cons: - We had a negative experience with this hotel where there was an issue where the bath tub water was not draining. We called reception at 8.30pm for the issue to be fixed and reception said housecleaning would be up to our room immediately to fix the issue. Unfortunately no one arrived to fix the bathtub. We had to keep calling reception numerous times and make two trips to reception late at night over the next two hours for the issue to be fixed. Housecleaning only arrived at 10.45pm to fix the issue. We messaged the hotel about this bad experience - they took around a day to respond - they were very apologetic (which was appreciated) and they offered us complimentary breakfast, but we couldn’t use it as we were checking out early the next day. The hotel should have better processes so it doesn’t take two hours to fix a relatively minor issue." ~Jinali

"Pros: Very clean, great spa though not included. Great breakfast very resfreshing. Nice roof and great location. Very clean and scandinavian efficiency everywhere. Cons: I understand scandinavian efficiency and standards of life even of the employees. But no one wants to actually work here. When you need something or ask for something they are surprised and often times their help is inefficient and time consuming, often pricey. I was given a wrong room, then changed the next day only to find out the room was occupied. And had to talk for half an hour to explain and get a new room. They upgraded my room for the inconvenience so thanks for that. Cleaning is often times hard to get you need to book and even if you do book it they dont show up." ~Anonymous
