"Pros: We stayed at this apartment during the holiday season, and while the location couldn’t be better — central, with great shopping options and beautiful Christmas markets just around the corner — there were several issues that seriously impacted our stay.
The Good:
• The apartment is spacious, with a dining area that comfortably seats four.
• The location is unbeatable for exploring the city.
Cons: The Not-So-Good:
• Broken Toilet Seat: Despite reporting the issue, it was never fixed during our stay.
• Poor Communication: The apartment management’s communication was frustratingly slow and inadequate.
Major Problems:
• Check-in Issues: When we arrived 1.5 hours after the agreed check-in time, the apartment still hadn’t been cleaned. Despite multiple attempts to contact the management, the cleaning only happened much later — and even then, the previous guests’ trash was still left behind.
• Lack of Essentials: The beds weren’t made, there was no toilet paper, and cleaning supplies were thoughtlessly dumped in the hallway.
• Cigarette Smell & Misleading Photos: The worst part was the strong smell of cigarette smoke coming from the loud bar directly below the apartment. Despite airing out the space, the second bedroom (which looked much nicer in the listing photos) felt like sleeping in a cold ashtray.
Bottom Line:
If you can tolerate the cigarette smell, overlook the cleanliness issues, and don’t mind chasing down management for help, you’ll get an apartment with a fantastic central location. But be prepared for a stay that’s far from stress-free."

"Pros: Fantastic location, just a short walk from the city centre. The apartment is very spacious, and, although the layout is a bit strange, which has been properly communicated, it is very comfortable and well-equipped.
Cons: The apartment was clean in general. However, cupboards and wardrobes could use some extra cleaning. The bathroom is a bit cold, but there is an electric heating that makes it ok, you just need to turn it on some time before shower."
