"Pros: A well-priced and clean unit with easy subway access Cons: I was very disappointed with how the establishment handled my breakfast-related queries. I am gluten-intolerant and asked if that could be accommodated before (upon the assurances of the establishment) pre-booking breakfast. When I arrived, I discovered the breakfast place was a conventional bakery. Moreover, they only opened at 9 that week, not their usual 8 o'clock. I was there at 9, but there was such a crowd that I did not feel I could ask for more than the regular platter. I got my meal at 9:25, and could eat the small piece of fruit, the slice of cold meat and cheese, and the small bowl of yoghurt - not the lovely smelling roll or croissant! When I later the day wrote to the establishment to explain this was not working for me (I was there for work and had to be at work by 9), they told me that the booking was already active and could not be changed. I was charged for 6 breakfasts, and I ate one." ~Anonymous
