"Pros: It was very warm in Copenhagen when we were there and there wasn't air conditioning in the 2nd floor room we were given so we had to keep the windows open to get cooler air. The noise from the street kept us awake. The room was tired - the sofa was worn, the loo was stained the shower curtain wasn't great. We moved to the 4th floor overlooking a courtyard. The room had recently been refurbished and it was a lot cooler in so many ways. The hotel is great. lots of places to sit, have a drink and read a book. Its a short walk to the centre and because of that you can visit lovely bars, shops and restaurants that are so much nicer than the tourist places. Cons: I wish we'd been given the better room at the beginning but the staff were very pleasant and quick to rectify it. Breakfast wasn't as good as its billing and it was expensive (but then everything is in Copenhagen) so we ate at the local food market." ~Keith
