"Pros: Charlottehaven was beautiful and conveniently located within 5 minutes walk from both the Nordhavn Train and Metro Stations. All of the staff were welcoming, attentive and friendly. The stay included access to the gym and pool area, and I'd note that the gym facilities were top quality. We decided to have brunch one morning and breakfast another, both of which were fantastic. Though we were staying in the "Garden" area, we were able to take the lift up to the rooftop viewpoint of the "Tower" building, which offered fantastic 360 degree views of Copenhagen and beyond. Cons: If we wanted to add any baby/toddler extras (e.g. a cot) this came at a minimum rate of 250 DKK per night, even if we only needed the cot and no other items (e.g. toys). This felt quite inflexible but we opted for it anyway and it was useful to have the cot all set up with bedding included for our arrival." ~Adam
