"Pros: Very close to the sea, just a 100m walk directly to the seashore crossing a road, there was an excellent bathing platform where you can jump to the surprisingly clean water. Water was 16.5 Celsius in June, very refreshing but surprisingly pleasant for jumping and swimming a bit in the otherwise hot, sunny wheather. Good that there were some locals there and warned me that there was a big jelly fish just beside the platform - but as I learned as long as you watched not to jump on it, it was fine. There was a very small other one also there, but apart from these two did not see others and people were jumping / swimming. I did not dare though to swim more, did not want to meet another one, but still jumping to the extremely fresh water was really great, I enjoyed it. Cons: In this climate having breakfast outdoors is possible only during the summer so most of the tables were inside or in a kind of glass house, but we had a sunny June day, so outside was more convenient than in the glass house or indoors. The door to go out was extremely narrow, you need to go almost by side not to hit your shoulders. The outdoors area is very narrow, just enough for narrow tables in a row, chairs on both sides, behind that some green bushes and the hotel's parking place with the cars. Breakfast was just OK, not very good, but manageable and it is for additional fee. My wife had some bad experience though during breakfast - after I left the table, she was talking to our daughter on the phone at the breakfast table, phone was set on speaker but not loud and she was talking also not loudly. This may not have been too polite I admit and she should have used and whispered to a headset, but apparently some other guests did not like that she talked to a phone and not to someone else live at the table, because a woman started to speak in Danish to her probably asking to stop talking on the phone. She lowered her voice and the phone as well immediately and started to say good bye to our daughter on the line, that she needs to stop now and will call her back. Apparently her reaction was not quick enough, as another man at another table started to talk to her also - probably also in Danish - very angrily, and clearly wanted her out the breakfast area with or without the phone. I was not there, but this experience with the other guests has completely ruined her mood. Maybe it is a cultural difference (no, she is not Italian or someone who is naturally louder when talking), but maybe you should consider always using a sensitive headset and talk (whisper) really softly to the phone if you want to talk to someone while finishing your coffee at the breakfast table, as the tolerance of other people in this part of the world may be lower than you may expect it..." ~Peter
