"Cons: We booked the apartment and travelled to Bagenkop. However, upon arrival, we found that no check-in instructions had been provided. We were unable to reach the landlord and therefore could not access the apartment. The following day after check-in should have occurred, we received a message from the landlord apologising, stating they were unable to accommodate us. We believe the customer service provided by DanCenter has been nothing short of poor, and we cannot recommend them in any way. However, the service provided by Booking.com's costumer service received was excellent and we managed to sort it out with another place with there help." ~Thorsoe
