THE PATIO WAS GORGEOUS BUT IN 26 DEGREES THERE WERE NO SUN LONGERS AND NO SHADE OF A PARASOL FOR DIINING TABLE Cons: NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE LOCAL OFFICE. VARIOUS CALL MESSAGES EMAIL S NO RESPONCE AS WE COULDNT FIND THE CONSUMTION METRES. ALL BACMENT DOORD LOCKED. MESSAGES EVENTUALLY ON LAST DAY BUT TRANSLATION STILL NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND. NOBODY IN THELOCAL AREA TO SEND OUT ?? ONE BATHROOM WAS SUPER BUT THE UPSTAIRS BATHROOM VERY DATED." ~Nikky

"Pros: The location of the house close to the sea and the city of Assens. Good and sufficient parking place and with a well-maintained nice garden. Very small cozy and clean house, but to small in hight for adult people over 1.75/1.80m Waste can be properly separated in small handy rubbish bins. Cons: 1. The code for the key box didn't work for the first 2 hours. It should have been valid from off 16.00 hours but it did not work. We tried several times but it did not work. By coincidence we find out that one of the doors on the side of the house was open, so we could enter the house. If that would not have been the case than we could not have enter the house. The code of the key box did work after 18.00 hours. Strange !!! We tried to call DanCenter about this but could not reach them because it was outside opening times. 2. Walking from the small living room to the kitchen the passages to the kitchen were to low for us, being 1.88 m We bumped our head twice. We knew that when we booked, it was a small house, but for people longer than 1.75/1.80 m it is to low. 3. It would have been useful if the passage, where the bunk bed was to the kitchen could be closed with curtains. Now a lot of light came in from the kitchen early in the morning. This is not okay for a good night rest. Add to this that the roller blinds in the kitchen were also to short to cover the whole window. This did also allowed light to enter. 4. The device that heats the living room makes an irritating/to much noise at night. We turned it off when we went to sleep, but it got cold at night. So not really pleasant. 5. The oven also did not work properly after 5 minutes. After that we couldn't get it on again and than we had to heat up our lasagna in a pan. There were no instructions in English, only in Danish and we cannot read that because we are Dutch. It would be useful if there was a handbook in the house in English with more instructions about the rules and other applications in the house. 6. There was no key for the workroom where the washing machine and the vacuum cleaner was located. So we could not use it. 7. We could find the electricity meter but not the water meter. It was not in the place shown in the drawing which we received from DanCenter. 8. There was no wifi." ~Axel

"Pros: Very nice basement apartment with lots of space and lovely furnishings. Very close to town and supermarkets. Also very quiet apartment. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. Cons: Nothing really, thanks." ~Larry
