"Pros: Location and how big was the house. Cons: Company that is renting didn't provide correct information. If I didn't send email I wouldn't know that I need to bring my own bed sheets, pillow covers, blanket covers and towels. There was no information about it and when asked about it they wanted to charge extra to have it. Two days prior our arrival I got message that we need to pay extra for electricity and that we need to clean house or pay cleaning company or do it. Cleaning part would be acceptable if house was clean when we arrived. House was full of dead and alive bugs, in the entrance of it and living room there was sand on the floor, shelfs were dusty and there were spider webs everywhere. House looked like it wasn't been cleaned or used in a while. When trying to reach out for rental company, only automatic messages were responding. In message that I got it said when leaving we need to bring key to their local office, office was closed and there it said to drop the key into their mailbox. I did how was instructed, but later in a day I got a call from company accusing me that new guest couldn't come in because there were no key... All in all bad rental company, no communication on their part and just looking to scam people and earn more money in every possible way." ~Dorasm
