"Pros: Everything was as promised and we received almost instantaneous feedback on our questions (e.g., about parking). Nearby we found nice places to hang out, eat and even a well-stocked grocery store. Getting around with scooters or even public transportation is easy. Cons: The apartment on the first floor is close to the community space of the building, so it might get a bit noisy when a lot of activities take place :-)" ~Thomas

"Pros: The apartment was nice - the location was wonderful! It is right on the water - you can even hop in for a swim! It is within walking distance of a food hall and shops. It is also surrounded by a ton of really cool architecture. We used the kitchen and it had everything we needed. We also used the washer/dryer. (Note: you have to pull out the drawer to drain the water as it stops until you do so also, keep the bathroom door closed to minimize the heat). Make sure to review the videos before trying to park or get in the apartment- they make it a lot easier. The balcony was a great start or end to the day. Cons: There is no A/C so fans would be handy and one more set of curtains in the guest bedroom would be really helpful. This is an up and coming area so there is construction but it is super cool with a lot of amenities in the apartment and the broader area." ~Karen
