"Pros: Fantastic location, peaceful, near the beautiful lake for walking, swimming, surrounded by beautiful trees and waking up to birdsong, very good wifi, close to shops, good little kitchen, sunlit lounge room, nice outdoor dining area, quiet location, parking available onsite. Cons: — Advert should reflect what the managing agent includes and does not include- did not mention bed linen, towels, t towels not provided - (we are travelling with suitcases and not with linen etc so would have booked elsewhere). We felt for the price that linen should be included. — empty soap container and only 1 roll of toilet paper provided for our stay. —Advert mentioned may be charged a cleaning fee on exit but did not disclose fee amount. - (only after booking does it say up to $AU236 depending on whether you clean house yourself- The previous clean was not great with items left under the bed. The house smelt a little musty. —Photo of spa bath but upon arrival small sign above spa saying it wasn’t available for use. I was looking forward to that and one of the reasons for choosing this place. Bath only good for children as hot water system can only supply 1/4 of tub before it goes cold. —kitchen knives need sharpening. —no freezer" ~Danielle
