"Pros: The home was nice , green area , near the lake Cons: The level of service provided at the property was unacceptable, rude , and the cleanliness left much to be desired. What's more, I was surprised to receive an email requesting an additional 200 EUR for bed sheets, towels, and cleaning services. This was unusual, as I had never encountered such charges on Booking.com before. After contacting Dan Center, the property management company, they assured me that I wouldn't need to pay these extra fees. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to find only one set of bed sheets and towels, despite clearly indicating in our reservation that we were a family of four. Our attempts to reach Dan Center for assistance went unanswered throughout our stay, we tried 4 times calling, waited for 30 minutes on the line, Frustrated, we turned to Booking.com for help, but even they were unable to contact Dan Center to resolve the issue. As a last resort, Booking.com suggested that we purchase our own towels and bed sheets, with the promise of compensation. In addition to these troubles, the property's facilities were in disrepair, including a malfunctioning jacuzzi, and there was no means of contacting anyone for guidance. The heater ran continuously, ww had no hot water, and no toilet paper." ~Oren
