"Pros: Even though they have mentioned check-in is till 18:00, when we contacted them, they have arrange a late check in.
The apartment is very nice, it clear that somebody thought it through when building it. It was also very clean.
Cons: There is some kind of pub near which might be bit noisy - we have however closed the windows in front and it was ok, we couldn't hear anything."
