"Pros: Not applicable - we always self cater Our hostess met us and confirmed which metro station to go and the tram number and stop. Our plane was delayed but didn’t faze her. She gave us directions to shops and recommended a restaurant which was as good as she said it was. Cons: Slightly firmer/more pillows. If there had been more room some more comfortable seating but the bed was great and we used as a sofa. Some of the drawers under the bed for storage were a little stiff." ~Jillian
