"Pros: The location of the building was amazingly central. The key pickup when we arrived was very easy and every step was explained by the easynb very clearly. The apartment was clean and warm. Cons: We are a family of five so we wanted five beds to be prepared ( 4 beds and a sofa bed) but it wasn’t ready when we arrived. Although it was clean in general, the toilet had a very bad smell (didn’t go away until the end of our vacation so it was probably the old pipes). There were no wardrobes or drawers to put our clothes, just a few hangers in both rooms. There were even no hangers in the entrance to hang our coats (which was a big issue since we had 5 heavy coats and under layers because it was -6 degrees outside) we had our breakfasts there, in general the dishes and cuttlery were enough and new. However the three pans were from another century! There was a microvawe but no owens." ~Onbir1111

"Pros: Great location, clean and comfortable place. There is an elevator in the building which was great as we traveled with 81 year old granny. Cons: To get to the shower there is a hight step. For most of the travelers this is probably not an issue. We were traveling with 81 year old granny so getting in and out of the shower was a bit tricky for her. Extra small step and a handle would be helpful in shower which is positioned so high." ~Vera
