"Pros: The bed was very comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean and for a small place, well thought out to take the best advantage of the place. Great communication. Cons: It’s up a hill. A big one. Take an Uber or a Bolt. I killed my luggage walking to the train station. The bed (while comfortable) is up a ladder/staircase. Not awesome if tired or after a few drinks. Great water pressure but would’ve been nice to have a warning that the amount of hot water was very limited, so half my shower was cold." ~Irene

"Pros: Check in was made straightforward and this was the only time we were required to interact with the staff who were pleasant. Other reviews state stuff is old at the hotel which looks like it is the case but it works fine so not an issue for us Cons: Not so much a criticism of the hotel itself but if you're using the tram it is up a fairly steep hill which may be worth considering as it killed us after a full day sightseeing" ~Ian
