"Pros: The location is good. The staff, although not easy to reach (only by phone) was helpful, especially because, upon request that provided two bath towels (we only given two hand towels). Cons: The rooms/bathrooms are very basic and could certainly use an update. The building has this old style charm, but the interior feels like it is stuck is the past. The beds/bed linens are also nothing to brag about and when we arrived, there were only two hand towels (no bath towels - see above for more details)" ~Ricardo
