also, easy communication with really nice host, easy access to keys.
Cons: flat is on the third floor - after a while its a bit exhausting to carry bikes up resp. down twice a day (there is a tiny elevator, but those of us who are not acrobats prefer carrying to getting stuck)."

"Pros: Owners of the apartment are exceptionally kind and very flexible. Communication and handover of the keys was very smooth, communicating via Booking messages and WhatsApp. Apartment itself if quite large, with niec living room and separate sleeping space. All premises very exceptionally clean (this was very pleasant), apartment smelled nice and beds were super comfy. Apartment is on a first floor but noise from the street is very minimal and sleeping was uninterrupted. Kitchen was well equipped for regular cooking with all the utensils being in brand-new condition and functional. Bike storage is in the same building, one flight of stairs from where you sleep. Owners offered us keys for bike storage room and heavy duty bike lock for additional security. Floor pump and shock pump were offered as well. We were very comfortable with leaving our expensive bikes in there.
