"Pros: Very cozy and nice apartment with a very nice view over the hills. We were there in Winter and a fire was already burning in the oven when we arrived. More than enough wood to keep it going every night. Tomas is a very nice host. He contacted us on WhatsApp before and we could write if we had any problems (which we didn´t). There´s literally everything you need in the kitchen and in the corner you can choose some of the wine collection to try. Selfmade cookies on the table.
You can go into Prague by car easily to the next Park and Ride to take the subway into town.
All in all: very friendly host, amazing apartment which exceeded our expectations. Thank you Tomas!

"Pros: Perfect communication of the host, very easy to find the place and as well the keys.
As well I have to highlight cleaning of this place, which was perfect.
There is all equipment you might need, including owen and enough of dishes.
Place was well heated at the arrival and ready to be there and enjoy the stay.
Unfortunately, we end up with positives...
Cons: Unfortunately, there are some drawbacks, which can ruin your stay.
Tiny house with heated whirpool is in the middle of other two. Therefore there is no privacy and everybody from the road and other cottage can see you fully. So, end up with romantic.
Bathroom is oriented to the main path to other cottage with no curtains, so everybody can see you during your hygiene as well. Not to mention that shower is so tiny, that you can not turn around (nearly).
As well, even place is very clean (really), you can see everywhere that it was used for some time and it is let's say "tired" already.
It is really disappointing, because promise out of the photo and price level was different. As well I can see positives, but negative impression is high.
Cherry on top - main road is in the opposite site of the lake, therefore the noise can not be ignored when you are outside.
I think, there is a potencial and hope that the owner gonna work on issues."
