"Pros: Location is top, free parking in the courtyard included, spacy... Has most of the things you would expect. Big courtyard and picnic facilities, great place for kids to play on the provided playground. And a good value for the money...
Cons: Couple of problems: noise from the street, from cars and trucks in the morning, to ppl passing by in the middle of the night, stopping just in front of the window and having their drunken conversations there.
The kitchen was available but lacking e.g. pots that did not have burned bottoms, lacking dishwasher soap, etc. Comfort is so-so, the sofa has so many stains I was wondering if it was safe to sit on, tv was not working or at least I did not manage to get any channels (bring your laptop and HDMI cable), bed mattresses are super hard."
