"Pros: I have slept here for two nights, using the hotel as a base for trips to Jizerske mountains, so I haven't used any of the spa facilities. The room was very nice, comfortable and containing everything I needed. Fridge, large TV and electric cattle were nice bonuses. The area around the hotel looked very nice though I haven't explored it thoroughly. Cons: 1.They don't mention it anywhere but they use a VERY stupid system where they put a paper/plastic band around your hand to indicate you have pre-paid the breakfast. I have categorically refused to wear it as after two days of hiking I would've gotten rashes from it. I cannot imagine wearing this for the whole week! Totally unhygienic and disgusting! I would have expect a spy hotel to be more concerned with their guest's health and comfort. In addition, single-use plastic/paper bands are not the most environment-friendly choice. In my opinion, this was the worst part of my experience. Why can't they use room numbers like normal hotels and not something as profoundly stupid as wrist bands (which are more fit for concerts and festivals) ? Especially as literally nobody cared that I didn't have my wrist band on my wrist during the breakfast. 2. A relatively big building with only two elevators. Mildly inconvenient as there are lines forming during rush hours. 3. Parking could be free for the guests." ~Miroslav
