"Pros: WON-DER-FUL!!!! Location nearby everything you would need. Very clean, call and quiet, good indoor swimming pool (super clean) perfect for our daughters and nice wellness area for adults only (quiet and zen). Indoor playground and book-corner were perfect. Best family hotel we stayed in so far! Cons: No parking possibilities, although they provided a number of possibles places and we found a spot just up the street. Luggage drop off was ofc possible. The city centre is pedestrian zone which made it up for it." ~Jan&co

"Pros: It is good for couples or 3 people for a couple of nights, couch is pretty comfortable. The property was clean and the location is perfect Cons: I really didn’t like the check in and check out policy with no room to wiggle. Check out is announced at 4Pm (was able to get the keys by 3:40). Check out is strictly at 10:30AM with housekeeping already knocking. So I assume the apartment is ready as of 1Pm because it gets cleaned in the morning but somehow property management doesn’t want to allow you to check in earlier. So my question is why do you keep people waiting for check in if the apartment is ready and then kick them out at 10:30? It’s either or. Please reconsider your policies" ~Alina
