Cons: It was a bit cold and in the morning the heating wasn’t on anymore.. since we have small children it was uncomfortable. There were some spiderwebs around, mugs in the kitchen mostly cracked, need to be refreshed, some quite dirty. Basically it wasn’t “Monica” clean :-)"
