"Pros: We had the ground level 'Solid' and it was surprisingly spacious 100m2. Modern layout, clean and had all the amenities you expect in your own home and especially the fully equipped kitchen. We had our family medium size dog. (remember to ask permission to take first). Back door, made walking dog easy. Nice bathroom with bath and separate shower Friendly lady to checkin/out Recommend 'Solid' apartment for 3-5 people. We had 3 +dog and was more than enough. Cons: Just 2 small annoyances ... Note for cleaning lady - clean hairs from under bath and sink plug holes. We bought and cleaned ours as water took time to drain. Its a house so on ground floor, you hear all the running and heavy feet from children in above apartment but not too annoying." ~Graham
