"Pros: The apartment itself is very nice, with two floors, one bathroom with toilet, a single toilet, two separate bedrooms and a kitchen + living room. It looks new or recently renovated. There are all the appliances you need for a nice stay. Cons: - When we arrived at the apartment, it was really cold. It took a couple of hours for the place to heat up, which means that our family had to stay packed in clothes until the temperature was reasonable. - Our bedframe was actually broken. At first, we thought there was a gap on our bed (something like a double bed made of two single beds), but not - it was simply broken. Besides that, mattress was uncomfortable. - There is only one parking spot per apartment. And if you have more than one car, you must park somewhere in the city center (750m distance). We found out this only later, when getting check-in instructions. In our case, the lady that helped us with check-in advised us to park somehow on an "informal spot", which was uncomfortable, but solved our situation. In any case, this is very important to mention here, because it is not mentioned anywhere on the description. - Before leaving there are several rules to be followed, including taking out the trash, turning off the heating, etc. This might seem a bit petty, but considering the price you pay; I would expect a bit more service." ~Nsl
