"Pros: First of all, the apartment administrators saved us, when our car would not start after two very cold days. They came very quickly from a nearby town (on a Sunday), waited with me an hour for other guests to move their car and clear space beside us and started our car with cables. Very appreciated and they didn't have to do it. The apartment house is very well organized and equipped and situated at a great place. You can either walk to a nearby ski slope or put on your cross country skis 150m from the apartment." ~Tomáš

"Pros: Fairly new building, close to slopes with ski lifts. We stayed at an attic apartment with great views, no neibours. Apartment was super clean, everything was almost new, the kitchen well equipped. Beds were very comfy. Spacious bathroom. There was a parking space in front of the building that belongs to the appartment - very conveniente. The ski closet for us to use on the ground floor was a great idea too! Cons: No elevator, stairs get narrower the higher you climb. The attic apartment was like on the 4th floor and we had a lot of luggage. No nightstands next to the beds, the phone, glass of water, watch etc. had to be put on the floor... No tables or chairs in the bedrooms either. And no hooks or hangers anywhere in the apartment. With two little kids everyting basically ended up on the floor. I had a small hick-up with the landlord as we arrived. Even though I paid for our stay in advance, I didn't get any access info as for how to get to the building/apartment etc. I had to call and sort everything out over the phone as we arrived. It was no big deal, but to me it felt strange. After a night snowfall no one cleaned the parking lot in front of the building. I couldn't use my car till like midday only after some nigbour helped me move the snow." ~Jan

"Pros: The keys we have got in a very good way, using passwords. The owner is very polite and friendly! The apartment is very comfortable, clean, worm, it’s August, we can just imagine how cool is here in winter! And Karlovy Vary are close. This is the place, where we could come again.
